Retained Search Assignments:

Executive search (headhunting) if conducted in a professional manner is generally accepted as the most effective method of acquiring mid/senior level professionals for any organisation.

Search allows our consultants to identify, qualify and directly target candidates on a completely confidential basis. A highly effective approach bearing in mind these individuals are very probably not actively looking at alternative career options, and are therefore less likely to read and reply to job adverts. Pre-qualifying of candidates before they meet the client is stronger for search candidates. A Search Consultant will not simply match skills to a CV and then arrange an interview between candidate and client.

Contingency/Database Search Assignments:

For all clients wishing to pursue non-exclusive assignments, we will fully utilise our valuable database which comprises of specialists across each segment of the profession. We also make use of specific recruitment search engines and portals, referrals and advertising campaigns in order to attract the very best from the market. Managed Agency:

If you want to save time and money we can outsource your recruitment process. We manage all external calls from third party recruiters, fielding only those that are permitted to work with your organisation, conform all third party suppliers to agreed SLAs, brief them on current vacancies, profile the candidates they send, prepare a shortlist and qualify the most suitable candidates for submission and feedback on their progress.
